The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Your therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.
Unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible as our office is located on the second floor and we do not have an elevator.
While we do not have a private parking lot, there is plenty of street parking and two municipal lots located across the street from the building and an additional 3 hr covered lot just around the corner.
Yes we do! We are able to submit your claim to a wide variety of insurance providers. Just bring in your insurance information and we will take care of it for you.
Please note: we cannot access your coverage or find out your remaining balance. We cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover the entire cost of your treatment. We advise all of our clients to come prepared with a payment method in case there is a remaining balance.

All of our massage therapists are registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Absolutely not! We treat everyone of all ages. Minimum age of consent is 12 yrs old so we do require a parent or guardian to remain present for children under the age of 12.
